First things first.

Make a list of what’s important in a web hosting company, and look for those qualities within other people’s reviews. If the site owner is 100 percent sure that a discussion forum is never going on their website, then does it really matter if some unsatisfied customers rated the platform poorly because they didn’t like the way the free forum app was designed?
